This home was a remodel of an existing 50's home. It had a solid core (stair) that we removed and created an open concept entry, kitchen, dining and living space. We also designed a custom wood entry door and glazing to maximize the warmth and appeal of the entry courtyard. Off this back of the home we added a second story deck with cable railing to capitalize on the views of the acre lot & gardens below. In the lower level we reconfigured to create a living area, gas fireplace with concrete tile, and custom cabinetry.
