Primary Addition & Basement Remodel
NE Portland, Alameda Neighborhood
This project remodeled part of the upper floor of this home as well as the full basement. Upstairs we added a dormer addition to expand a small bathroom. This allowed us to create a better spa-like bath with tile, custom cabinetry and shower bench, and built-ins in the bedroom.
In the basement we created an official bedroom and bathroom while still having spaces for ping pong and hanging out. We creatively hid structure and utilities by building open shelving and strategic wall placement.
